Their salads are huge and their grilled chicken is delish! I’ve had other things from their menu and everything is pretty good. We sat outside which is why I give their atmosphere a 4. Otherwise I like Barnaby’s.
Our favorite place for lunch or dinner! Obsessed with all their salads. Their dressing is the bomb. The staff is very attentive and quick! Will be back as often as possible. They have a nice size menu, and everything is FRESH. You won't be disappointed.
I recently visited Barnaby's Cafe in Houston and had an outstanding experience. The salad I ordered was amazing—fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. I should have listened to my friend and ordered a half portion because it was huge! The potatoes were equally impressive, perfectly cooked and delicious. The service was the greatest, attentive and friendly, making the whole dining experience delightful. Highly recommend Barnaby's for anyone looking for great food and excellent service!
Delicious juicy burgers, tender ribs, hearty waffles, flavorful chicken, super friendly service & Texas size portions! We love it!! We've tried so many things on the menu, and every single thing has been flavorful and exceeded our expectations ! * we finally left room for dessert... OMG absolutely most decadent chocolate brownie, the apple pie was amazing and Amy's Mexican vanilla ice cream was the most creamy flavorful richest ice cream we've ever had! We are hooked!!!
I'm so sorry for the picture! It was grilled salmon on a wonderful bed of rice with freshly grilled asparagus and I couldn't wait! I ate it. It was amazing. We sat outside, had Milo, the perfect member of the wait staff, and enjoyed a tremendous selection of food! Well worth the visit.
The turkey sandwich is life changing! I grabbed a quick take out meal here one day, and was amazed by the quality and portion. The sandwich is packed with a generous portion of turkey, lettuce, tomato, and cranberry mayo. I was skeptical, but the cranberry mayo takes the sandwich to the next level! It was fantastic. I returned a few times during my time in town just for this sandwich. I also really enjoyed the side of hearty grain rice and the chocolate chip cookie. The staff is friendly, my order was ready in a timely manner and delicious every time. This is a great spot!
Food: Great presentation and quality. But burger is under-salted and so are the fries. Got the guac burger and it was great other than the low salt. The quantity of fries is objectively too much. Save some money by reducing the portions in the sides and maybe lowering the price of burgers or mains by a dollar. That would bring in even more customers and reduce waste. The burger alone is massive and hearty, so this much fries is just wasteful. It can look good, but it also looks wasteful and excessive. Service: fantastic. No issues. Atmosphere: really nice and clean. Only issue is the Salt and pepper shakers. I get that it’s cool to grind your own, but once you pick up a burger you can’t put it down, open it up, and grind salt on it.
This is probably my favorite Barnaby’s right now. The food is consistently delicious, good quality and good size portions. They staff there are also always super friendly. It’s a modern clean location with lots of parking and never too busy.
